Very light mugi shochu, cut to a lower 20% alcohol by volume using fresh spring water prior to bottling. The kid sister of iichiko silhouette, lighter in flavor with a light, mellow, refreshing nose. A sweet start sharpens to a grassy bite when drinking neat.

Made with exclusively Japan-grown rice polished down to 70%, proprietary aromatic yeasts, and fermenting at a low temperature (a method known as Ginrei Jikomi) creating an elegant floral aroma and a clean tasting Shochu.

Takara Shuzo polished the Barley down to 60% of the original size and used their own Tanrei Shiro Koji, fermenting in a low temperature (a technique known as Ginrei Jikomi). This creates refreshing yet aromatic Shochu.
